Nunchaku tutorials

These are some tricks that you can learn with nunchakus. It's not the classic martial arts style that we demonstrate here but rather a more trick based style with more throws and rolls.

Wraps
A wrap is when you change the direction of the spin by "wraping" the nuchaku around you. By putting the center of the nunchaku to your body first it will swing of you without hurting you.

Rolls
A roll is simply a roll of the nuchaku around your wrist.

Switches
Switches mean that you change hand with your nunchaku. You can change hand by trowing it and catching it with the other hand but we are refering to when you roll it over to the other hand.
